High Quality Thermostat
Tested sat out of the box for once, I've tried a lot of thermostat brands (even Napa) and they are very hit or miss these days. Quality control since the pandemic has been atrociously worse. Aisin however has remained top notch. Opens right at the advertised temp and opens linearly until maximum opening, and reliably opens and closes effectively. Works well. Don't forget a thermostat gasket if you need one (but don't add one if you don't!)

Sienna finally reaches operating temp in winter!
Installed on 2013 Toyota Sienna. It wasn't reaching operating temperature in the winter, but does now after replacing with this thermostat. Quality appears to be OEM (Aisin). Pay attention to the position of the little "jiggle valve" when installing. The gasket is sold separately but should probably be replaced at the same time.

Delivered on time and is to OE standard for those of you who don’t know, Aisin, is the OE manufacturer for Toyota when it comes to water pumps and thermostats. Great quality. Gasket needs to be purchased separately. I would recommend Aisin above Gates, etc when it comes to this particular part. Also, if you’re changing the water pump you might as well change the thermostat as well so you don’t have to refill the coolant twice.
