Mr Ros Marine Phytoplankton-DHA & EPA from Micro Algae-Supplement Powder Dogs-2.12 Oz-120 Servings

I've been giving this to Blue for the past 2 months or so, in lieu of salmon oil as part of his daily regiment for E.P.I. He seems to be able to digest it well and the texture of his skin and coat have improved. I like how well this product is packaged, although it's a little messy when you first open it, and you can tell it's of good quality. I will continue to purchase this product for sure.

I loved this supplement. I have two dogs I'm transitioning to a raw diet, this I'd an essential nutrient to add to their meals. It seems to work pretty well as far as I can tell. The only thing is I put it into a different container when I got it because this one can get a bit messy.

I’m using the product for my dog. I haven’t noticed anything different after giving her the supplement, but she hasn’t responded poorly at all, which is good. So far, I plan to purchase again. I would rather give her this than fish oil or any of the other vegan EPA/DHA supplements Ive found up until this point. There are no added ‘other’ ingredients in this one. I would really like to see it come in a smaller package that remains sealable. Thank you.Update: My dog has been on this supplement (in addition to a few other supplements) for the past several months. At this point, I feel I can safely say this is a great product. She just turned 15 years old last month, and considering her age, her health is pretty darn good. Her arthritis seems manageable for her (I am always trying to find other supplements to add to this to help her as much as possible). Between her good health, old age, and that she seems to be in either no pain or very little pain (as far as I can tell, she has her good days and not so good days), I am planning to use this supplement as well as the others she is currently taking for the rest of her life. I believe her good health is a result of many things (diet, exercise, love, etc.), but I sincerely believe this supplement is a part of the equation.

One of my dogs is super sensitive to all kinds of things and is constantly itching and gets the red bumps all over her belly and I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun to help her but nothing really has done it. I tried the fish oil for a while but then you have all risks that go along with that and it wasnt helping so I stopped that. I even switched to homemade food because the vet was convinced it had something to do with the dog foods. It helped some but still itching, then I came across this and figured it was worth a try. After one week the itching has finally slowed down and the red bumps are going away, she even seems more playful and energetic (Im thinking feeling better) so Im impressed and am hopeful that after a longer time on this it could be just what she needed. So, yes the amount was smaller than expected but the dosage is so small that this will last a long time

I love phytoplankton for my dogs but they have changed the bag for some reason. I have had 2 where the resealable zipper inside is detached from the bag and is not usable. Unsure if the product is super oily and making this happen or if the bag is just cheap. Found another product that works great.

The product works as well as the regular (non-vegan) type, but has a much coarser texture and doesn't mix as well with my dog's food. I actually ordered this type by accident, and I'm going back to the original item.

This product is amazing! You can tell it is super concentrated. Dogs don't mind the taste at all, and seem to even look forward to it! I will be using this going forward instead of fish oils which go stagnant and rancid! Great product, and I even told my friend who has horses about the Horse formula!

My cat is 12 years old and he was laying around all the time until I put him on this algae. He is like a kitten as he has become very active and his fur coat is shiny and soft

I have bought this a couple of times and will probably buy again. However, the price is all over the place, sometimes it feels you need a loan to purchase it and often it not even available. The label has spelling errors on (I am a stickler for spelling and grammar) so that is what irked me. As I do like it for my dogs, I will continue to monitor the price and purchase when it I feel it is affordable.
