I give any Alka -Seltzer product 5 stars. Its the only thing I rely on to get rid of cough, cold and flu symptoms. Within 30 minutes, I know I will have relief.

I could hardly tell I even had a cold after taking this product. It us absolutely amazing how well it works.

Alka-seltzer Plus Cold & Flu definitely relieved all the symptoms that come with a bad cold & flu-like symptoms, as I can’t say that I positively had the flu. I did feel relief within a couple days. The capsules are smaller than what they were of the past but still a larger pill to swallow. My “but” is I didn’t feel there were any difference between the day & the night pill. I felt they both served the same purpose. The night didn’t provide any extra benefit I felt. Regardless of my but they worked for me & 24 capsules came at a great price with Amazon. One thing I do wish could change is the opening of these pills. Yes there is a perforated cut that is to be torn to open. It’s impossible to open the pill this way. I had to use scissors each time to get to the pills-a FYI. For cold & flu they will provide relief therefore I do recommend.
