Arrived Broken! not in a box
I purchased two of these Cateraide food pan carriers for a Church function. I was given a one week delivery expectation date. It did arrive on the last date and too late for our function. However I will still be able to use it. The second Cateraide arrived July 27th (three weeks late) it was delivered without a box, scratched and missing two closing clips. Another clip was clearly damaged and was not securing the cover tightly. I wanted to exchange this item but was not offered the opportunity. Disappointed. Tom...
