Mini Metal Expandable Pet Door Gate Safety Baby Toddler Dog Cat Small

Great for keeping my small dogs away from the litter box (🤮) while I’m away. Works so well I bought another one!

Very sturdy and fits a variety of entryways in my house. Only four stars because the locking mechanism isn’t intuitive and needs a more simplistic setup.

The description says that it is 42 inches wide. It is not. It’s actually 38 inches wide. I purchased this over priced one because I needed a 42 inch gate. Unfortunately I threw the box away before I checked it so now I have an overpriced gate that is useless to me.

Worked perfectly for us. I have an elderly cat that use to be able to jump over our previous gate to get his food. We have the gate in place so that the dog will not eat all cat food. Anyway he was struggling to get over the previous gate. This gate with the small door worked great for him. It is a major problem solver. He is a chunky kitty too. One thing to note is that the width of the small door is effected by the width you expand the gate. Our doorway is a small bathroom so the gate doesn’t expand much. I was nervous the small door opening would not be big enough and in fact it was fine. My chunky Zach kitty is so happy now.

Nicely made but the picture is deceiving. They never show just how short the height is. It’s my fault for not reading the dimensions though. We’re using this to keep our 40lb golden from eating snow caps out of the cat box. If she was a full sized golden she’d be able to step over it.

This was perfect for corralling a small dog, would also work really well as a step over style for kitchen I think.

Nicely constructed, justed did not fit where I needed it.

I bought this item however I had to return it due to an inaccurate description. The seller says this expands up to 42in but once receiving the item and trying it out, the gate only expanded 38in.
