I got this sometime in 2020 as something to do, but I put it away for a rainy day. I guess snowy day, in my case.Everything you need comes in the box, packaged all neat and tidy. I thought the canvases would be too small, but they're just the perfect size.I found that there was quite a bit of trial and error with this, but I had a good hang of it by my final canvas. Make sure you add enough water, if you think you added too much, it's just the right amount. I got a glass and filled it up with some water, and poured it into the pour cups as needed. Stir the paint more than you think you need to, to get all the lumps of paint out.I would recommend that you make sure you have something to protect your surface area of where you're working, newspaper, paper bags, cardboard, etc. That's the only thing not included.I do wish that there were more paint stirrers and cups included, but otherwise everything was just right.I only recommend that you don't do it when it's 20 degrees outside. It's a bit chilly!Otherwise, this was really fun and easy, and a good introduction to paint pouring!

My 8 year old niece really enjoyed this project! The instructions weren't super clear, in my opinion, so you might want to brush up on your macrame basics in case you need to step in and offer some help. But overall, she loved it!

I got my daughter this for Christmas. That morning we used the kit. The instructions weren't super clear but we improvised and made some really cool designs. I would definitely recommend adding a little extra water than the instructions call for.

I was interested in what macrame is all about so I got this all-in-one kit. Super easy instructions and came together in an hour!

The coloring of the string was very difficult. The macrame design itself was perfect for beginners.

My first time working with macramè and i thought it came out beautifully. Directions were pretty easy to follow.

This was tricky for my 9 year old daughter, so I jumped in and it took me a while to get the hang of it. It looked beautiful…then we followed the directions perfectly to add the color and it all bled into a gross green color. We washed it out while it was still wet and tried again. Puke green again. We washed it all out a second time and kept it plain. I bet there are better kits out there.
