This would NOT be strong enough for an African Grey or Macaw parrot.
The windows that hold the food and water bowls in place are hard to open and close. It nearly knocked my bird off his perch when I opened his food window.

Do recommend this parakeet cage! Lots of room for birds, plus you can move cage around. Has wheels underneath and place to put food.

Love but …
I need help with how to make it stable it was stable before but now the plastic part is wobbling the wheels started wobbling before that so it rocks back and forth now and my birds are like whoa whoa whoa this is not a a review i need help and coulndt find the message the seller button
