I started this product back in April, after seeing all the reels on social media for a different brand of similar vitamins. This brand had great reviews, had been around a while longer and had similar ingredients. I started this in hopes that it would help with my PCOS symptoms, iron levels and over all health. So far my cycles are more regular, not perfect but more consistent. I have more energy and feel over all better. I didn’t order it in time before running out and the couple days I didn’t take it, I could feel the difference. There isn’t really a smell, the capsules have no taste and are pretty easy to swallow. I can take both pills at the same time. I am enjoying this product so far.
