Great insoles

las partes rojas estan muy mal pegadas y se sueltan rapido, asi que no se pueden utilizar las plantillas como se compraron. El soporte del arco es MUY alto y esto emepeora los problemas de fascia del pie.

Arrived promptly. Took a while to get used to, but worth it. No longer ruining my footwear and ankles,knees and hips feel better now my feet are better aligned. Bought another pair!

Fell apart over a week. I even glued them back together. They also sent the wrong size and there was no arch support.

I have severe over supination and got these to balance my feet out. The problem is the arch support was WAY TOO high and was actually making my supination worse. The arch was 3 x the size of the outside support and was contradicting its actual purpose. My physio had to heat the arch and squash it down as much as possible. Only buy if you have a low or flat arch as well!!
