Are these bars stable on a carpet?

I’ve used these on carpet. This is me total weight of well of around 107kg. There is slight movement, I could tighten them. I’ve also done this on carpet. It’s identical. For the money these are a no brainer in my opinion.

Are they still stable without the safety connector for dips?

I haven't tried it without the connector as I use it on an garage floor which isn't Level.

Hi can I just confirm you can adjust vertically also. I thought yes but just read a review that said you couldn't.

No they do not adjust height wise, using the base support you can lock them at different widths
