Increase Your Bench Press

Just so everyone is aware there are no dislikes on my behalf on this product. The bench blokz is an outstanding gym equipment you can easily carry it in your gym bag it’s not big don’t take much room its only 1 pound.its something every serious bodybuilder or power lifter should have as their gym gear you can’t go wrong with this one.i love it it’s my best investment helping me increase my bench by a lot

My gym has two styles of bars, a 41 and 45 lb., with slightly different diameters. This fit perfectly on either diameter! It will be a hit with my group powerlifter gals (average age in 50s, a few peaking just past 60) for either sparing shoulders OR helping load up weight at the top ranges. Even a hand written thank you card! Classy seller, too!

I used this product when i start going up in weight to help protect my should and also to control the weight when its extremely high. I weigh 155 pounds so anytime im trying to go heavy and want to do pause reps i generally use the block. Normally put it on when i get up to 185. A lot may criticizes this technique but i think its a fantastic way to build up strength and protect you shoulder. Before i purchased this product i could barely hit 205 for one know i'm hitting 225x3!

I train by myself, and need to work varying range of motion to avoid overtraining and pattern abuse. These work perfect to go from a 5 board to a 1/2 board no problem. Thank you for making such a great product.

As someone who lifts alone, because of a lack a masculine male companions, I cannot afford the luxury of having a gym partner to hold press boards for me as I bench. Therefore, I sought an alternative. The only other option is an apparatus that you must wear(like a bra, not cool bro). This is also the cheapest option I have found so far. If you lift alone, and want to train partial reps safely and effectively, this is the way to go.

Product is what I thought, it’s the company that gets one star. Horrible. pay a little more so you don’t have to deal with them
