Excellent aluminum profiles with clean light diffusion. These LightingWill LED aluminum profiles are very well made and ideal for creating a clean, professional LED installation. Everything I need from an LED track: Nice and slim Metal track takes the heat away from the LED strip. Nice diffuser strip to soften the light Nice and cheap too, 6 x 1 meter strips for 22 quid? Can't go wrong. I nearly dropped a star for for "Easy to install" because you need to know the knack to fit the diffuser. It DOES just press into place but don't squeeze the metal track inwards while you're doing it or you'll make life hard for yourself. Start at one end, make sure you have the strip located properly in the grooves and work your way along with your thumbs. The end result is good. I used cheapo LED strip with wide spaced LEDs but the diffuser softened the light nicely (see photo). I might use some "spotless" strip with the next install though, I reckon that will look perfect. The kit comes with neat end clips, but if I had to nit-pick, I'd say it's a shame they all came will cable holes, I would have preferred to drill my own holes in the ones I needed holes in, and leave the rest as plain blanking plates. The fixing clips are great, barely noticeable and hold the strip firmly. For the mirror light, I used double sided adhesive foam tape which does a great job. Nice product.

Good product, just what I needed, would of been 5 stars, but the holding clips or not that good for the job , I bought extra clips, they so much better and stronger.

These channels are well made, the aluminium is thick enough that it doesn't bend or flex, the mountings and diffuser are of equally good quality. The end caps could be a little better, if they were softer plastic they could be made to friction fit a bit tighter. A few little seals for the holes in the cap would be a good addition too for those ends where you've no wire entering the channel. Not worth losing a star for though. Overall, really pleased with these, I've made really good under and in-unit lights with these channels and I'm very confident the channels will last a lifetime. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again.

Before buying this I saw some reviews say that it could not fit Philips Hue lights but after checking measurements I bought these anyway and they fit absolutely fine. You do however need to remove the rubber case that comes with the lights in order to make them fit. Additionally, they also fit other 24v RGB CCT strips that are similar to Hue lights. Assembly was nice and simple. The plastic diffusers come separate to the aluminium channel, but it can both slide in from either end or snap in with a bit of a squeeze from the side. I've seen reviews say that it's impossible, doesn't work and they had to throw them out but I have no idea what they were trying. One thing to keep in mind though, at least for me is that the protective film on the plastic diffusers doesn't seem to cover the entirety of the film and only fits about half of it. It would be nice if this could be improved. Seriously good fixtures for the price though, even compared to the pricier B&Q diffusers I've gotten in the past.

Nice look and feel but diffuser isn’t strong enough to have the lights facing down if they are in view. I want the aluminium finish so I could have it on show but the strength of diffuser means you can still see each individual bulb. I’m sure it works great for other applications but not suitable for my intended use

I like the overall look of these once I'd fitted it around the inside of my bookshelf and so do the wife and kids. Installing the aluminium gutters were somewhat fiddly - you have to line up the brackets and fit them to the wall (I suggest you use wood if possible) then clip the gutters into those - meaning that you'll inevitably get a misaligned joint when you realise the walls are straight and square to each other. They were relatively easy to cut with a hacksaw. I recommend using a mitre box and cutting the gutters at 45 degrees at the ends to slot them together to get a better finish. That's what I did, and on most of them I got a nice join. The plastic covers can be a pain to install and I wrecked at least one by being too aggressive with a hammer. Don't do that - clip one end in and just work your thumb down and press it in as you go - very occasionally I used a rubber hammer to encourage it. Don't go nuts if you get too much resistance because you will wreck the plastic clips otherwise. You can lay the plastic over two lots of metal to hide your awful joinery - as long as you've lined them up properly.

Bad packing, missing some pcs

1. looks like these were originally 2m ling and someone cut them in 2 halves. 2. Finishing is terrible and they need to be further prepared to make them usable 3. plastic part impossible to fit, it keeps falling out 4. plastic is all scratched 5. Screws are shown on image, while none included 6. How it has rating 4.4 ? While all reviews are very negative ?

This aluminum profile would be fine for the purpose it is meant but the original 2 m long rods has been cut with tin snippers leaving the edge uneven and not on straight angle. So if you join these 1m pieces together there is 1 -2 mm gap on joint where the LED strip light will leak out.

Bad finishing. Bad packing. Both ends of each aluminum profile and each plastic cover are hand cut not machine cut. If you install them one after the other there is a gap because of bad cutting. On top of that needed to clean each of them as the scotch was remaining everywhere
