A sturdy, firmly gripping bottle holder with an extremely convenient waist belt!
I use it for for my walking, jogging, and shorter hikes. The deep pocketed water bottle pouch grips my 10.25 inch tallContego insulated stainless steel water bottle firmly (2.8 inch diameter). It hasn't fallen out yet! I especially like the long belt which goes around my (32 inch) waist in back, then in front, and then loops through the eye on the front of the pouch holder and then loops back on itself as you adjust it. The belt sticks to itself (using the familiar hook-and-eye 'Velcro like' technology) to hold the adjustment and any excess belt length. Thus the end of the belt doesn't dangle or require any tucking in my pants or require any safety pins to keep it out of way. This belt also fits my 42 inch chest and would probably work for 48 inches. Plenty of room for those with a larger waist.I'm not sure why it was originally advertised for women joggers. The color is black and the zippered pouch can hold any smaller items including cell phones, credit cards, folded currency, etc. It looks more unisex to me.

Well designed and made, highly recommended
This three inch model easily holds both my Camelbak and Hydro Flask 20 oz bottles. They are easy to pull out and put back when I want to take a drink. Plenty of room for my Galaxy S7 phone -- fits with room to spare. My waist is 32 in and there is about another five inches smaller you could go without having loose strap hanging out. I would guess it could accommodate a waist size of up to a foot or maybe slightly more than that before you would need an extension. This is well designed and made, highly recommend it. (I am a fitness walker and it doesn't bounce around regardless of pace or terrain; can't say how it would be with the higher up and down motion of running.)

Hallelujah! I'm thrilled!
Yowza! AiRunTech just made a long distance runner very, VERY happy. I purchased the double bottle hydration belt, and it is the best I have ever owned. Here's why:1. Truly, zero bounce. This thing does not move. I think the silicone grips on the inside of the pack help with that, but even with both bottles filled, this pack is barely noticeable. No bouncing, no rubbing, nothing!2. The pouch blocks sweat. My phone and pocket contents stay dry, even though the back of the pouch is soaking wet from sweating profusely on a long run.3. I run with my dog and clip her leash to the side of the belt. Other traditional hydration belts with elastic bands SUCK because when the dog pulls, even a tiny bit, it "gives way" and stretches even more, creating this huge gap between the belt and your waist. What's more, the give of the elastic tells the dog they can keep pulling because there is no resistance force on their collar. Because of the velcro design, this band does not give way - it reminds me of a tactical belt (police, military, etc)! It stays in place and the resistance reminds my dog to heel and not pull.4. The mouth piece on the water bottles is a soft rubber, not a crappy plastic like most.5. Easy to adjust and resize! I decided against cutting the belt short for times in the winter when I wear extra layers and need a larger belt, but I tried taking the cap off the end to see how easy it would be to resize and cut, and it is a seamless and easy process. For now though, I just wrapped the end around the belt and tucked in the end.I am in heaven. I cannot say enough great things about this belt. I just leveled up my running game for 20 bucks. I'm tempted to buy a 2nd one in case they go back to the original hydration belt design! Velcro for the win!

Comfortable belt
Love this belt. Barely know it’s there when I’m running. It holds my iPhone X with room to spare. Just enough water to get me through a run on the heat

Great for hiking!!!
I've used this about 10 times since I got it. I love this product for hiking in the Arizona heat. It holds my 24oz. insulated water bottle well and is easy to remove and replace the bottle as well. It is not hot or sticky and does not seem to hold body odor, which is great. This works great for my normal 4-7 mile hikes. I can fit quite a bit of stuff in it also; Samsung 7S with a large case, keys, license, lip balm, small sunscreen, pocket knife, and a hair scrunchy. Durring bursts of jogging this stays in place well and does not move around. The bottle only bounces when I don't have it attached tight enough. It is the most comfortable item I have ever used for this purpose.

New Updated Fanny Pack with Water Bottle Holder
This has a nice strong velcro strap to secure this running belt to your waist. It sits comfortably at the waist and on the hips. The water bottle in my video is a 22 oz bottle, purchased this summer at Walmart. I also tested other bottles I had access to such as a glass bottle of Snapple and Body Armour. Those bottles are shorter in height but easily fit in the holder. I was able to put my MotoE4 Plus in the cell phone pocket. The locking carabiner clip I show in the video is from Amazon. If interested it is Item ASIN: B07DHSZBZF with that I could easily attach a dog leash & say, 'look mom no hands'. I would not exercise or walk an untrained dog this way as I wouldn't want the dog to pull/trip me and cause me to fall. Arrived in a timely manner, well packaged. Once opening that I found no fancy packaging, a simple crinkly clear bag with no instructions or warranty printed. I do not know if this running belt comes with a warranty or not as nothing in the package or stated here in the listing. It seems to be well constructed.

worked for my 5k!
i used this while running my first 5k. it fits a 750 ml water bottle, and the zippered pocket is just big enough to hold my phone, some lip balm, my key, and tissues. Not too heavy, and large enough to accommodate most tummies. i'm between a women's size 10 and 12 with a larger stomach and this more than fit me.
