NO MORE BLOAT
I am usually not one to leave a review (just rating with stars), so here it goes.My husband saw a video about bile salts for after gallbladder removal, so I started researching it. We have both had our gallbladder’s removed 10+ years ago, and both in our 40’s. Since then we have both been on a roller coaster with the bathroom and extremely bloated even after a very small snack (even half of a banana).After A LOT of research, I decided to try Ox Bile.Since starting a little over a week ago, we have both noticed changes in our body’s. Personally, I noticed within a day or two… NO BLOATING!!! The bathroom changes are regular!!! I feel better!!! I have also dropped almost 10 pounds. I believe it is because my body was lacking the things it needed to properly digest food. Ox Bile is going to stay in my morning routine of supplements.The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t smell. I was ready to order the highest milligram I could get, thinking it would be the best, but after reading several reviews I took the advice and started on 125mg. Some reviews said to not start on a high milligram because it can cause a lot of heartburn and indigestion. Even with the125mg, I had mild heartburn (nothing that a Rolaid didn’t take care of) that started about an hour after taking Ox Bile, but that was very short lived, only about 3 days.So my advice…. If you have had your gallbladder removed, just have a lot of bloating after eating, or a roller coaster ride with the bathroom…. TRY IT!!! Start on the low dose (125mg, 1 pill) in the morning with 8-12 oz of water and you will notice a difference, I know I sure have and so has my husband!!!
