Cozy Cover Combo Pack-Orange Sun & Bug Cover & Lightweight

I haven’t used this yet but wanted to post photos of the packaging because 1. it’s more helpful than the product description posted (why don’t they require this??) and 2. I had to do a lot of sleuthing to determine this was a legitimate product (the orange polka dot and stripes version) and not a knockoff as is so rampant on Amazon. Even the product website only shows these in solid colors. It is the legitimate product, despite being half the price as the solid colors (at time of my purchase.) The stripes are quite ugly in person, even uglier than they appear online, but I was happy to pay half price so I could justify also buying a Bebe Au Lait muslin cover too. :) (Baby and I have tested the Bebe Au Lait cover and love it.)Biggest lie on the internet: I’ll update my review when I’ve had a chance to use the product. :P

This is perfect for many reasons. One, has colorful fabric piece that goes over the screen that shades baby from the sun and offers privacy while sleeping and 2, the screen is sheer enough to see through, keeps bugs away, and unwanted hands touching on your child. Fits any general carseat just fine. The only concern I saw (not a big one) was when I first took it out of the package it was a little hard to unwind the plastic piece. At least for me but I was so anxious to try it out that maybe I wasn't the most patient lol! Plus, we had to be somewhere soon. All in all I give this 5 stars. Totally worth it to me aaaannnnd it came with a cold weather protector as well! Very happy!

The cover up it great. Only thing I didn’t like was how it snaps off when you have to take it off if you want to take your baby out the seat.

The package contains two covers: one for wind and one for mosquitos/sun shade. I love the orange stripes! The mosquito cover is very tight but it went on the Evenflo Pivot Xpand infant car seat. The wind option, with zipper and face hole, is roomier. Also, it's made of two layers of a nylon or poly fabric. It's not puffy as the box pictures show. I think both will work well for their intended uses.

Waste of money it doesn’t fit the car seat

We have the original cozy cover that is used in winter and that one is terrific. These versions are not as convenient. The Sun cover is adorable but it's difficult to get on. Once on, you can't easily touch baby to put a pacifier back in, etc. I could see using it on walks or picnics but not for every day shopping/commuting. The other rain cover does a great job at keeping baby dry. But for some reason it's much bigger than the others and droops down near babies face, which makes this mom uneasy. Also, it only have 1 zipper (rather than the 2) and its awkward to get baby out when it's still on. We use it as a "rain coat" and then promptly remove it once in the car or inside.

We have a Graco Snugride 35 and this fit super well. Takes a bit of finesse and adjusting when you first put it on because it comes tightly packaged. The color is orange (to me it looked yellow in the pictures) for the bug/sun shield.. the wind/rain shield is a dark grey as it appears in the pictures.

This cover was not made with the average sized car seat in mind. It could barely fit my Graco car seat, which is probably about middle sized in world of baby car seats.This item comes with two covers. A nylon cover that closes and shuts out the light, and a light breathable mesh cover with a thin netting.The nylon cover was able to just barely get around the car seat. But it generally it got the job done.On the othehand, the mesh cover was laughable. It was way too small to fit over the car seat. It was like trying to pull a twin size fitted sheet over a full sized bed. It was a lost cause.If you have a normal sized car seat then chances are that this won't fit it. I gave it plenty of tries, then finally gave up and bought something else.Check out the pictures that I posted and see for yourself.This either was made for a very specific tiny baby car seat or as a bad joke by the manufacturer.
