These nasal inserts are flexible and totally keep the nostril open. They are comfortable and gentle to the nose. They do not interrupt any sleep. I always keep one or two at my bedside for the times I need them. They are SO MUCH easier and work better than the strips.

I have a deviated septum causing my left nostril to have much less space than the right one. In recent years I started having allergies too. This combination, at my old age of 40, had caused the development of repeated sinus infections and periorbital swelling (swelling of the eye) in the side of the faulty nostril. This happens about once every 4 months, the first year it happened was 2024, and I spent most of it in the ER or doctors offices to get antibiotocs for the periorbital cellulitis. However, ever since discovering this product (in combination with neti-pot and flonase) i was finally able to breath from my left nostril without antibiotics, and I no longer needed surgery. I tried EVERY Nasal dialator out there and I must admit, this is the softest one, I can sleep with it comfortably without waking up. It is NOT discrete (none of them are), but that's why I don't wear it during the day at work, only when I'm driving and at night.To sum it up - great product.

I tried this product on several nights. It works initially, opening up the airways. But after about 10 or 15 minutes, it actually seemed to make breathing worse. I suspect that is caused by my reaction to the scent which the plastic has been imbued with. I tried removing the scent (soaking in water or alcohol, leaving exposed to air for a day), but the scent is pretty robust. I'm sure this product could work well for some people, but it didn't help me at all.

Can't believe how much it opened my breathing ! A little sore in the nostrals But that can be fixed if I put a little Vaseline on it before I put it into my nostrils

I’ve tried almost all of the types of nasal dilators and these are the most discrete and comfortable by far. I really like the lavender scent, too. Hope they stay in stock. Just bought my second pack.

This probably works better for men than women. They should offer small and large sizes. This is definitely not something that should be considered one-size-fits-all. It does work, but if you have a smaller nose it’s uncomfortable.

I have recently started chasing after a good night sleep as though my wellbeing depends on it. I had been experiencing a lot of fatigue and low energy. I tried these on a fluke and voila! They help me sleep more deeply, comfortably and through the night.I liked the concept of inserting a dilator into each nostril that I could safely remove the next day. I won't say it was "love" at first try, but once I got each dilator inserted comfortably, I could breathe freely in a way I never could before. I had to tweak the position a couple times until I discovered how far up it had to be placed in each nostril. I have had a chronically stuffy nose since childhood. Maybe it's allergies or deviated septum...who knows? These Sleepwell inner nasal dialators work so well for me. I love the lavender too. The essential oil essense is an added plus and has a calming effect. I feel so happy going to bed now.

It might work if your nose is exactly the right size. It is to small for my nose and would be to large for my wife’s nose. I tried it for 4 nights and had no improvement in my breathing.
