Q: Is this easy to fix to the ceiling and how do you do it?

It doesn't actually "fix" to the ceiling - no nails or screws needed. The top disc that fits to the ceiling is sprung, so you hold the spring down, position the post then release the spring to let the disc fit to the ceiling. It's the pressure from the spring that holds the post in place at the ceiling. It's very easy to assemble, seems very secure, and our cat loves it.

Q: Can I leave out a section or cut one down to fit a lower ceiling of 207cm? Thanks

You could leave sections out but the sections but you can’t really cut down the sections.

Q: is there enough space on the platform for kitty to have a nap?

Absolutely, we have two bengals that are a good size and they often snooze on the top platform (albeit they have to curl up a bit but they are quite big).

Q: Can the height And direction of the posts be changed or are they set?

You cannot change the direction but the height is flexible as its spring loaded at the top and you get and extra small post for higher ceilings. I didn't need the extra bit.
