These were a game changer for my baby with severe reflux that would make her aspirate. If you go over the top fill line with water or formula it definitely leaks some but we know this so we wrap it in a towel if we accidentally filled it a little bit past the top line. There is 6 parts to these bottles and I have to use 6 different cleaning tools on them. Definitely time consuming but my baby is worth it. They need to sanitized and sterilized very well do to mold being able to grow inside the white piece in the internal tubes, and film/residue build up on the white piece. All other parts are easy to clean with the right tool. But we honestly would change to another bottle. My baby was able to latch really well and there's several size nipples as she grows and her reflux went away using these bottles.
