Worst packaging

After sales service is pathetic
My product is covered under warranty but they're asking for charges to pay for the damaged parts... If my product is under warranty then it has to be free replacement and not chargeable ... And they're not even giving timely resolution... Their one of the executive dattakrishna chavhan keeps on asking money for the parts their company is replacing.... And not even giving the replacement on time... Saying parts nai hai mangana padega n all... Better go for other brand rather than Pigeon... Their parts do get damaged easily and early if you keep on sterilising daily.... Their executive is saying not to sterlise the parts... Just wash it... How can they say that... Sterilising is must for the hygeine of our new born...Please I'll suggest go for other brand...Thank you!!!

It’s simply awesome.. painless... effortless... very easy to assemble n gives you extra milk as compare to hand expressing.. it made my life easy as I have to express my milk as some of latching problems but after using it I’m feeling very relaxed so worth the money n it’s a genuine review for those who s thinking it could be fake .. 😊😊😊28/2/2020 review after using for 5 monthsMy above review was on bases of using it for 3-4 days n now telling on bases of 5 monthsNo doubt this is very nice product but the main problem is it’s milk valve it’s very very delicateWe get two valves but this go only for 1-2 months n if you carefully use then this can run for 3-4 months and without valve pump can’t be used there will be no suction powerThough pigeon company can provide valves as it has 2 years warranty but that is again hectic processor email and allSo in short I can say if you can afford to buy twice then you should definitely go with this as it is very smooth then others with two pumps milking can be done for a year so buy with your affordability
