Perfection. Nothing fits a Brompton quite as well as genuine Brompton parts.

Perfect rack for my Brompton Electric
I installed the rack myself and have been riding with it for a while. The only thing I did differently from the instructions is that I didn't remove the back wheel, I just attached both bars to the outside of the bolt on the right side (next to the derailer, because getting the bolt out wasn't worth the amount of work). I have the bars on either side of the frame on the left side. Given the relatively light weight limit, I really don't think it'll be a problem. Hasn't so far.The rack does go in front of the taillight, so it blocks the light somewhat. I'm ok with this. If you do a lot of dusk or night riding, you might not be, or you might want a supplemental light.I'm not really a fan of the bungee cords, but until I find a good trunk bag they'll stay put. I'll probably remove them at some point. A trunk bag will probably block the light enough to push the supplemental light issue for me, but I don't really ride at dusk/night at all so I don't see it happening for a while.

This Brompton rack is perfect!
Perfect rack because the four wheels stabilize the bike so it rolls easy when folded. (I wasn't interested in the rack as a rack...) If you're hesitant about the price, it's definitely worth it...You can take it to a Brompton shop to install but the right wrench and a little patience - flipping the bike upside down, deflating the tire and disassembling the bolt assembly that holds the rear brake, the fender, the rear brake reflector (or light... I have a Brompton E-bike). and the rack together, and putting the rack braces on the rear wheel hub shaft and you got it...

It’s Brompton’s Own Rack
I was looking at the cheaper, lighter alternatives and at the end of the day, I decided to just buy Brompton’s rack. The fit is perfect, it actually is capable of holding stuff on it, and I am sure I will not have any weird issues with it, or need to buy extra bolts to make it fit right.
