no they come individually foil wrapped and u insert using your newly washed fingers! I lift one leg up onto bathroom stool and insert pretty much as you would use tampon.

1 box is enough as it contains 7 pressarries for 7 days. It your symptoms persists after seven days, contact your GP.

Which is better please? The gel or pessaries?

I prefer gel as it starts to helps to refresh almost straight away where pessary dissolves slower. Pessaries are less messy but I don’t mind.
