Sadly, this I thought I was ordering a duvet cover and ended up with a summer weight quit. I wish Amazon wouldn't group things like this. I thought all I was doing was changing colors and, instead, I ended up with an entirely different product. Y’all, I finally understand why Linus loved his blanket. When the package came it was in a small box. I thought there was no way a blanket would fit in that tiny box. Yup, the blanket fit, it’s a twin size blanket and perfect for wrapping up in, lounging and being a bum. The blanket is soft right out of the box. It feels like cotton gauze but not scratchy, it’s soft. Like yummy soft. I’m not sure what’s inside the layers but both sides is a soft cotton. There is no stretch to this since it is cotton. There is no chemical smell either, which is a HUGE plus. The price was great, and the quality is great. It is thick without being too thick and it is thin without being too thin. It would be great for summer and layering in winter if you sleep hot but also get cold. Ladies with hot flashes, you know what I’m talking about. Now I want several in different colors. Would I give this as a gift, nope. Why you ask, well after opening this and feeling how soft and comfy it is I’d claim it for myself. Methinks it’s time to get another in another color and a larger size! Guys, don’t sleep on this blanket. I bet after washing and drying it’ll get softer and softer. Current Situation: see photo

Perfect weight bedspread. Correct size. Feels soft. Washed after opening on cold and dried on an air dry only. The lint screen/filter will be full after you dry it. Color did not fade and was as expected. Would buy again .
