Love pasta of any kind however prefer this papadella with ragu. Haven’t been able to find it lately in any of my local supermarkets. Can always rely on Amazon! Bought several bags so I don’t run out again. Couldn’t believe how reasonably priced it is. Lovely quality and next day delivery.

The Authentic Pappardelle
This is a real taste of Italy, coming from an Italian family this reminds me of home. Very good quality and simple to cook. Great with a slow cooked ragu and a dusting of Parmesan. You will be very spoilt having this for dinner. Just perfect!!!

The quality and taste of the pasta is spot on but it is a little bit expensive compared to the supermarkets.

I love this pasta, it giant ribbon stops, very hearty and holds onto sauces well. Not easy to find in most stores, but it's a regular on Amazon fresh. Very tasty. Would recommend

Top quality product!
Garofalo dry pasta is amongst the very best you can buy (along with De Cecco and Barilla). This pappardelle really holds the sauce, and the taste is excellent. I usually use this pappardelle when I am making 'PAPPARDELLE AI FUNGHI E PANNA' (pappardelle with mushrooms and cream). Can really recommend this product!

These are great! Can't complain! Takes sauce decently. Arrived a little bit crunchy but that'll be up to what else you're ordering in the same amazon box. Get them on their own to be safe and hope they dont get knocked around too much. They're good in soups too if you love a big slurpy bowl of noodles. Yum!
