Works as it should.
Swells the wood handles around hammer heads, etc. Stays intact for long periods of time. Thoroughly tightens up any wood joints susceptible to dry shrinkage.

This stuff worked right away!
I have had a metal-tipped wooden broom handle for nearly 30 years now and I have had to put the tip into a cup of water to get the wood to swell up as the tip was getting ready to fall off! It has worked but now I have made it a permanent repair and I should have just kicked myself in the backside 25 years ago! Great product!

no disassembly required
Swel-Loc is easy to use. It was successful for tightening loose joints on an antique oak captains chair. Performed as I hoped it would. Considerable time saver vs disassembly and regluing.
