Nicely made of hard plastic. That being said, it might not take the riggers of the road if used on front of a vehicle. I used it for the rear of my car to help protect it more.

I went to stores for this. It was between $10 & $15. I got the same exact thing for only $5. I can't believe it. It's perfect. But just to give you a little idea as to what you're getting, in case you didn't already know, this is a cover. It's not a holder. So it's not going to come with any screws and all you do is put it over your plate like a frame. This helps in cases like mine where the bolts don't want to screw in all the way. Which leaves you a loose plate. So this frame helps you snug it up..

Looks great on my 2014 Kia Forte. I was worried about how much of my license plate would be covered based on other reviews, but for my car, my plate can be seen without an issue. The plate is nice and sturdy and feels like it should hold up for some time.

This is a good product. I wish it was a bit thicker. However, it arrived as advertised. Looks great.
