I'm glad I bought it! Now we can get the high fruit.
This is a tentative review as we (my wife) hasn't used it. But I just went out and picked a Lemon off the top of the tree. It wasn't extended at all (although it is very capable of it). The machine worked perfectly.. We'll see how it works with the Fig and the Plum. Then we also have a tall Orange and have recently planted two tropical fruits. It might not be as good with the Pomelo ( an original Citrus) which is huge (7 inches and one of the original Citrus).

You get what you pay for. Not meant for grabbing anything heavy
I bought this and it worked a few times and then started to bend. This is not meant to pick up anything except light weight paper.

E-Z Reacher pro 8 foot
This reacher should make it so I can reach just adout anything. I have different sizes so I don't get to any problem of reaching what I need and folds down so I can carry it on my scooter.

Make it adjustable in size!
I should be able to adjust it! It’s hard trying to maneuver it to to pick up things my 3 yr old throws behind the shed!

Pickup jaws - too flexible
Might be good for picking up like eggs or something fragile but for picking up a newspaper off the from porch not so good. The pickup jaws are too springy you could not easily pick up a full soda can or anything heavier than a egg. The grip lever bottoms out so you can't really grab items tightly.
