Cross Stitching: Learn How to Cross Stitch Quickly With Proven Techniques and Simple Instruction

I always loved the idea of cross stitching, my grandmother used to cross stitch and I always used to watch her. But I really just didn't actually know how to do it, so i bought this book, and I'm glad I did!!! It was a great beginners guide. it explained how to do it step by step in an easy to understand way. loved it!!!!

Cross stitch is confusing as a beginner and this book is super handy reference. It is quick to read and easy to understand.

Just a disappointment..if i could have seen this book before buying it i would not have…it offers nothing but the X really pass.and find a better book with more.

Overall, a pretty good book.

Good patterns

It's short and sweet but as far as doing basic stitches and learning about how to start a pattern this is a good choice. Gave me the know how to start practicing

Not worth your time or money. I haven't crossed stitched for MANY years. Wanted to get a new start. I thought this would help me with the basics. Well "Basic" is the operative word. Only showed me 4 stitches. The cross stitch, half stitch quarter stitch and three quarter stitch.. Most people could figure that out for them selves. This book is SO basic, I am sorry I got it. I was expecting so much more. For the price, it wasn't worth the trouble of sending it back. If you were like me, try to find something with a little more substance.

If you're looking to get started with Cross Stitch, This is a good book for you. Well illustrated instructions, and some nice simple patterns to start with with good instruction on how to read and use a pattern.

Not the greatest.It's all black and white, hardly any pictures. They mention certain colors per diagram but like I said it's all black and white.Very hard to follow or understand instructions without diagrams.The last attached picture tells you how to start by looping one end ??? if you are a beginner you will not understand this, diagrams are needed.These pictures attached are the only pictures available in this book.Very disappointed!!!

I liked the product it's for my personal use

This is exactly what I wanted. I have done cross stitch before, but I wanted to know the basics so I could improve both my technique and skill.

Simple but clearly written book for someone beginning with cross-stitch, contains all essential things for the beginning crossstitcher. The pattern with fuchsia's is a complicated pattern, but the chart is very helpful in counting out where the stitches have to come. Start anyway to stitch in the middle of the pattern. And when stitching use different needles with the different colour threads. Gold plated needles work best and smoothly (size 24). Delivery of the ordered articles was fast (one pattern came from Russia and took only 9 days).

There were only two very simplistic patterns that are readily available online. Not impressed at all
