Burt's Bees, Rose Water Face Wipes, for All Skin Types, Hydrating Micellar Makeup Remover & Facial Cleansing Towelettes, 30 Count (1 Pack)

I asked for help on what cleansing wipes to try since it hurts my back to bend over the sink and a bunch of people online criticized me and said I should just suck it up and use water and traditional cleanser.Well I do when I’m showering, but for in between I’ve started using these and I absolutely love them. They take off light, everyday makeup (including mascara) pretty easily, they smell nice and my skin feels clean and soft after I use them. They’re also large enough that I can use them in my neck and chest too.

I love these Burt's Bees wipes. They are soft , thick, and good sized! The scent is so subtle and invigorating. The value is great, and it's so nice to be able to buy this kind of quality at such an affordable price.

I used to use an expensive brand of wipes at 24.00 a package! Not any more because Burt's Bees does a good job if not the same as the expensive brands plus it uses reprocessed cotton. I like wipes because they can really clean your face off any makeup, dirt and or oil but it doesn't strip the skin. I like the rose water one and I've tried the others but this one is my favorite. I'm not a scent-y person and this one is fine for me. I am a 60 year old woman who takes every good care of her face and I don't look 60, not to be bragging but these wipes have helped me keep my face clean and youthful looking.

These are good for removing some amounts of makeup or just a quick clean up. They sheets are thick and somewhat abrasive if your heavy handed when using for the face. They are not overly wet so would not he good on those heavy makeup days. The scent is not bad. The price point is somewhat high considering what is out there

A bit pricey, but mild yet effective.

For rosewater wipes, I'm certainly not expecting the cologne-strength laundry-detergent smell of super-fake synthetic rose. Rose water should have a very faint smell like real roses (NOT tea roses, and definitely not synthetic tea rose).The rose is overpowering enough that it smells like undiluted pure citronella EO. NOT what I was expecting from BB ever in the slightest. Changes my opinion of the BB brand and NOT for the better. I'll stick to Thayers Rosewater alcohol-free witch hazel from here out + nonwoven rayon esthetic wipes - it's vastly less expensive and not at all offensive like these are.I'll save these for wiping my feet when camping - they'll do fine for that, not so close to my face.The messed up thing is that my sense of smell is not at all strong - it got damaged by smoking for 25+ years and by repeat sinus infections. Strong smells that bother others (offgassing of plastic and such) usually don't bother me anywhere near as much, if at all. So the fact that these do is really saying something.Oh and they are super drying to skin. Like skin-feels-irritated and tight in an unhealthy way. I have oily skin, but I have to moisturize after using these. Micellar water, my ***.If you find them at the dollar store - sure, fine, for one or two bucks, sure. Absolutely not worth the price here.

Let me preface this by saying that I've tried a LOT of facial wipes over the years. I'm female, 37, with combo skin that gets extremely oily in some areas and very dry in others, and which is prone to blackheads and an occasional blemish. It can be difficult finding a wipe that isn't too drying, nor too moisturizing (leaving a slick film), and that effectively gets makeup off and leaves me feeling squeaky clean. These check all those boxes!I've tried Burt's Bee standard micellar wipes as well (in the blue packaging), but I prefer these rose micellar wipes thanks to their lovely yet subtle rose scent and gentle effectiveness. I was actually quite impressed by the low price for these, as I usually expect BB's products to not really be a budget brand, but these are far cheaper than others on the market, which is a nice surprise.The wipes are sufficiently wet without being dripping with liquid, but certainly not too dry either, just right! They are also nice and thick with no little fibers that ball up or stick to your skin. If you wear heavy eye makeup, I find these aren't *quite* as fast at loosening and removing it as some of the "greasier" feeling wipes, but with a little extra effort it still comes off just fine. I'm able to use these multiple times throughout the day to remove shine and freshen up without it overly drying my skin. They just leave it feeling smooth and clean.I don't have terribly sensitive skin, but these do seem very gentle and mild for those that do. These also leave behind just enough moisture without a hint of oiliness, slickness, or film, so my face never feels dry and tight even when I don't apply moisturizer afterwards.This will be my 3rd order of the 3 packs and I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend giving these a try!

I personally, don't think these are the softest face wipes I have ever used, but it doesn't make my skin greasy or red when using. Not made for make up remover, but it is good for getting a clean refreshed face.
