Wrong hardware with order and damaged foam padding.
Could not assemble. Wrong hardware came with the order. The screws attached to wheels were not long enough to fit through the brackets. Also the foam padding was already damaged in one spot and not evenly attached in a different location.

Hard top carrier indeed carries hard top!
Functionally, this does exactly what it is intended to do. However, it comes with only one piece of foam to protect the glass which was insufficient and no instructions. While this is not a rocket-science assembly, would be nice to get this all set.

Agree w other review. Functionally ok but cheap foam pieces and no instructions. Easy to assemble but having a piece of paper w details and decent foam can’t cost more than $3.

The wheel screws were too short to fit through the rail so clearly they substituted other wheels that do not fit properly not all parts were included

Kind of fits 1999 Wrangler SE hardtop
The width of this rack is a little too short for the hard top of a 1999 Wrangler SE. The brackets only make about 1/2" of contact on each side. Frame needs to extend wider to fit this top and is currently at the widest position available without drilling new holes. Assembled easily and the wheel roll smooth.
