I have a lower back problem that is made worse by the fact that I sit at my computer office chair for long periods of time. I have tried different pillows and cushions that were supposed to ease my back pain, but none have really helped. My therapist recommended I try a RFZA office chair cushion, as he also uses one! This chair cushion has relieved my pain and who doesn’t trust their therapist? I happy I gave took his recommendation and tried this orthopedic cushion! It is very comfortable and gives me the support that I need. It has really helped to alleviate the majority of my lower back pain. This cushion does work, as advertised. This is an office chair lifesaver! I am spending more than 9 hours per day sitting at my current job and I cannot be grateful enough for giving this orthopedic seat cushion a try. I felt so much discomfort after only after a few hours of sitting and what I do, my job, I decided to get one of these memory foam office chair cushions. I would definitely recommend everyone who is spending more than 6 hours per day sitting. The seat cushion is very comfortable and yet firm. And what I like the most is the rubber non-slip bottom keeping it in place. After a few days of using it, I can confirm that the tension in my back has been diminished and to be honest I cannot imagine life at the office without this cushion. Moreover, my colleagues purchased themselves one. So, if you really have back pain or discomfort from working to many hours sitting, than this orthopedic seat cushion is worth trying.

OK, this is the last one of these I will try unless someone offers a better product - one that is unique from this form factor. This will be the third one I've tried and sent back.I'm about 6' and 225 lbs. I smashed this thing flat as a pancake which means no support. For me, it's too small. You can see in the pix it does not fill my chair, so I'm constantly shifting and conscious of staying centered on this thing.This has been my experience with all of these so far. To me, they are nothing but foam pads. They are bound to work for some people and I'm sure it's a personal fit sort of thing. I get better results with some thick towels, so going back to that and doing some deep research on a chair designed for support. The typical office chair has a foam seat that flattens with no bounce back. I'm done buying the typical "office chair" at big box stores but I'm discovering even those $1,000 chairs have issues!I tried the purple thing too. I couldn't even tell that was in the chair. Anyway, this one is going back today still in the original plastic cover.

It's been a couple of days sitting on this cushion and I can already tell it will be awesome. I work an office job and they offer really cheap office chairs. I am very careful when it comes to comfort and I do a priority out f this, because I have herniated discs. The cushion is sturdy, doesn't get hot, and it holding up perfectly to keep everything in line. This memory foam seat cushion came perfectly packaged and arrived less than 48 hours from my ordering on Amazon. I recommend it to anyone that sits on their butt all day for a living. It’s amazing for sciatic support, and lifting your hamstrings off a hard surface that cuts off blood flow. This one is much better than taking medications or more physical therapy. I am very pleased with this product. It does what it is supposed to which is protect my tailbone area. My doctor recommended a product called Tush Cush, but this product was less than half the price. I've only had it for 2 days, but it is doing the job and I'm starting to feel better already.

I use this cushion on my office chair at work - it provide the wonderful help to seat whole day!

Helped relieve back pain I used to get after sitting for a long time! Also liked that there are grips on the bottom to keep it from sliding off the chair. Super happy!
