Good Patch
Anyone who has sewn on a patch before, always follows some fundamental rules. 1. Read the instructions 2. Reread the instructions ( I did this to check if there was a recommended setting for the iron - which there was not) 3. Know your fabric - should NEVER just iron over the top of suede! Anyone who did this, would ruin the suede feel, and should go back to Home Ec class. With most unusual fabrics, iron on the "wrong side" or inside of what you are patching it to OR cover suede with a towel if you have to do it wrong 4. I used 2 stick pins to hold the patch in place, plus I measured where I wanted it to be from the cuff and the inside seam. So, they ended up looked about even. I had worn a hole in the elbow of my favorite sweatshirt (even though I hate white) and it is what I wear in the fall when I walk my pugs outside. 5. EXTRA INSURANCE - sew around the edges of the patch, to make sure it will stay on. Even my mother taught me this, as I did wear holes in the knees of my jeans as a kid, and patches will come off after wear and washing. I mean, let's be realistic and use our brains about repairing an item. The people, who have complained about this product, clearly did not have a great idea of how to use a patch for garments in the first place. Hope this helps someone. Plus side, my sweatshirt is kind of trendy looking now. If you are into that kind of thing, I just wanted a patch that would not wear through.

Works fine on fleece.
I got this to add to the elbow area of a generic fleece jacket, which is polyester, but not Polartec.I set the iron to polyester, covered the patch with a double layer of old t-shirt, and kept the iron in motion for the indicated time. I was careful to avoid non-patch areas as much as possible. To be certain the glue had melted, I did this twice. Be sure to NOT handle the item until the patches have cooled for the indicated time The patches adhered well and show no lifting weeks afterward. Hopefully there will be no problems with washing it.

Follow the instructions and you will be fine.
The patches work great if you follow the instructions provided. The most important thing is to give them time to cure after you iron them. Again, just follow the instructions.

This is evil. I hope your company goes out of business and is affected so badly by this virus you can never recover
