I purchased this gait belt for my mom as she is recovering from a broken hip. She uses a walker, but I prefer to have the gait belt on her for added security. The belt fits comfortably around her waist and is very easy for me to just slip my fingers around it while she is walking to have peace of mind in case she should lose her balance. The belt is very well made and I believe it will last for a very long time. You will not be disappointed with this belt.

Great value. Well made. Easy to get on someone if they’ll let you. It’s pretty long and the person I need it for is tiny. But I just run it around her a couple times and it works. Great for preventing falls. And should you have a fall, easy to pick them up like you’re a crane operator when they’re wearing this. A must you’re taking care of someone with balance issues.

It's a quality product. Depends what youre using it for. I use it for part of my physical therapy. Therefore I cant tell if it works as well for something else.

Lighter and thinner than most gate belts for those smaller folks. Still strong and effective!
