I am disappointed in this blanket. It is large enough for sure and is very heavy since it is double sided but the picture looks almost nothing like the picture on the site. It is very diffused. If you brush the nap in the upper direction it looks a little better but not much. The beautiful butterflies shown on the site hang off the foot of the bed and can't be seen at all. I think they should have made the nap less full and the picture easier to see. It just doesn't look bright and pretty like it does on the site. It says it can be washed in a washer. I have a large size washer but doubt if this blanket can be washed in it. It is so heavy dry that I can't imagine what it weighs wet and I don't want to ruin my washer motor. A FEW MONTHS LATER - Now it is actually cold enough to use this blanket. I put it on the bed this morning and it looks better than I remembered but it is not as vibrant as the dog blanket I ordered at the same time. I've brushed the fabric different ways and sideways seems best but it still isn't as vibrant as the dog blanket or as it looks on the Amazon site. Only the middle cat face is really well visualized. However, I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars.

I saw this and needed to make it mine as I continue to find ways to have far too many cat print products in my life, ultimately confusing any poor woman I happen to drag home with me. It's a well made blanket (I will say, however, that within the first few washes (I don't know how many because I'm on the third and it's still doing it) the blanket will shed a good deal of little polyester fibers which is kind of annoying but not the end of the world), super soft, and fun looking. If this thing is your kind of thing, I say go for it!

this blanket is everything it said it would be but better. the colors are bright and you can distinguish the variety of cats easily. i use it as my bed spread. it is very soft , i'm glad i saw it when i was browsing one day just couldn't resist because of the persian you can see so well. i'm glad i got it.

I bought this for my five year old, by special request, "I want a blanket with kitties all over it, flowers and pink"... who knew I could actually find such a thing?? lol This blanket is super thick and would probably choke me out if I tried to sleep with it, but my five year old loves it and sleeps wrapped all up in it every night.

The blanket was a gift and the recipient does love it! HOWEVER, it took much longer than expected for it to arrive. I had ordered another style blanket for another friend in the same town and her arrived nearly two weeks earlier than this one!! Wasn't real happy with delivery time.

This is one of the softest mink blankets I have ever purchased. The colors are vibrant and really pop! I think my cat has taken it over. Make sure to wash before using and dry on low heat. Does have a feint smell of dye to it. Its a beautiful blanket!

Big beautiful blanket that's very soft. I'm not sure what blanket the others got, but mine was no where near 10 pounds, so washing it was just fine. Like any normal blanket. It's big yes, but not heavy. The picture is crisp and clear and beautiful. My fur babies and I love it!
