Delicious, easy to use, great value, easy to swallow / chew, and is supposed to better keep you well hydrated 🙂

I have noticed a decrease in nausea during a long run while using this product. It tastes like clumps of dry Gatorade and drinking a sip of water after chewing two of these salt tabs makes the taste temporarily worse. But it does not leave a long aftertaste and works better than various other running gels I have used. I would buy this again.

Works like a charm. Dissolve well and taste wonderful. Love the lime. Peach not so much lol.

My son recommended this stuff. After several chemotherapies, muscle cramps became debilitating on occasion. After using this stuff ( sugar and various salts) I believe it really helps ( actually even discounting placebo effect). I have ordered more. Get the lemon-lime as it tastes the best!

We originally got these because the gummy electrolytes were horrendously expensive. We were pleasantly surprised. They taste kind of like sweet tarts. There is no stomach upset. We suggest them to everyone.

I highly recommend! 4 years ago, my running coach recommended SaltStik tablets. I was complaining about the OK July 100+ temps. I didn’t try them because I though I ate plenty of salt. Well, I have struggled for the past 4 summers thinking that I simply need to get heat conditioned. During a July 2022 hot trail run, my boyfriend said, “Would you like to try a few SaltStick tablets? They seem to help.” Wow, what a gamechanger! The heat still zaps me but I sweat less and don’t get overheated nor dizzy. For best relief during hot temps, take as directed while exercising. If you take a smaller dosage, you won’t get the same relief impact.

I take half a chew at a time with water and never have stomach issues with these.
