I recently started trying cold brew from Starbucks and I fell in love. I would get it every evening on my way to work( I work nightshift) but sometimes they would run out. It got a little costly so I decided to look into the best way to make it myself at home. After doing some research, I decided to go with this one. And it has literally been a game changer. Someone had mentioned the coffee looking watery, but you can adjust it to your liking by playing around with the coffee to water ratio and how long you let it sit in the fridge. My coffee was extremely strong and I was amazed at the taste of it. It came out way better than Starbucks! I love the sheer simplicity and design of this coffee maker! I am so glad I chose this one, I definitely feel like a barista. I just love the fact that I can always have a strong glass of cold brew coffee at home. Also I am pleased with the company and the fact that they not only send instructions, but a pdf file with extra tips.

I loved these so much that I just bought a second set!!! I love using Balinese long peppers...they smell slightly sweet, a little like coca cola, and season beef beautifully, but they look like little pine cones and are as hard as whole nutmeg. So, I ran a test with my old Kuhn Ricon (used only for long peppers) and one new YOT chef grinder. The first photo is the whole peppercorns. The green Kuhn Ricon grinder shows very little pepper flakes in front - 20 grinder turns. Then I did the same 20 grinder turns with the YOT chef grinder...all I can say is WOW!!!! Way more pepper and much more even grinds. I had set them both to the finest grind possible. You can grind the long peppers on a microplane, but I'm kind of prone to accidents with that kitchen item...lol...these are by far the BEST grinders I have found and the best value. I couldn't find these at this price at local discount stores like Marshalls and TJMaxx. I'm sure I will be ordering more, because I like grinding my own spices fresh.

My grinders were so old they were barely working, the rubber grips were starting to break down and they were just gross.I wanted to find some nice stainless steel ones for both pepper and sea salt and can across these.These were so nice! They came in a box worthy of a really nice gift, were simple to adjust the grind, have been simple to clean, hold almost a cup of peppercorn or salt and have a snap top to keep the grinders clean.I love these. I just wish I would have found them soooner.

I bought these mainly for every day usage... they're not great but not bad. I purchased the "Modern" set, the design which looks like a bunch of little dots side by side. I decided on this set / brand because the knives can double as steak knives to keep things simple.Some of the dots look flat in shine versus others on the same utensil so be forewarned on that. Easy to clean, but I hand wash them up almost right away and haven't had food get on the handles so not sure how well that would clean up. I've not put them into the dishwasher so not sure how they'd hold up there.The spoons are about the right size for eating but the soup spoons are quite large. The forks appear long but are quote usuable. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

After buying panobike speed and cadence sensor (more expensive by the way), I can compare performance of both and in my opinion JARV is by far better. More than 1,000 miles already, and riding 5 times a week JARV has been absolutely reliable and accurate (when comparing to my road bike partner SIGMA bike computer).I have paired it with iphone 5, running with Runtastic, wahoo, Cyclemeter, Bikebrain and they all work without problem. I always ride with 2 apps running at the same time: cyclemeter and runtastic and both show the same information from sensor and don't interfere each other.From day one, panobike showed for some rides erroneous information, speed hit 100Mph and cadence some times up to 300(I really wish to ride like that), so I thought sensor was not properly adjusted(but tunning didn't help), then I thought it was a bug in runtastic app(tha's why I own several apps) but bikebrain and cyclemeter reported the same bad data.On the other hand JARV from day one has showed the right information for every single ride, so panobike went to my secondary bike for inhouse training.As soon as you open the package you will notice how nice JARV is. It is nicely and carefully packed and doesn't look cheap at all.The only issue I found on it but not big deal to me to take an star off, is the wheel magnet which you can't mount on old MAVIC Ksyrium SSC wheels because the aluminium bladed spokes of these wheels are wider than the magnet housing, so I ended up using the panobike magnet that fits right on these spokes and used JARV's magnet in my secondary bike with regular spokes.Hope it helps..
