Korean Chili Powder Gochugaru - Sun Dried Non-GMO Red Pepper Flakes - Fine Gound (8oz)

Trying out this new brand of GoChuGaRu. The price and the package size well justified my adventure. When the package arrived, I could tell this product is truly authentic by the color and aroma coming from this product (As being a 50 years old Korean, it was easy to tell). I have missed this level of quality because I purchased the one made from China last time and I hated it. I used to love sprinkle some fine grounded GoChuGaRu on the noodle dish (particularly JaJangMyun). After I tried this GoChuGaRu on the noodle dish, I can definitely say this is the best I ever had. The food tastes better and smells wonderful. I will definitely look for this brand again after I use it all.

I read the reviews before buying this product to make kimchi. After making my sauce and mixing it in, it tasted like "sand paper," tasteless. I would not recommend this product.

Way too hot for me. If you are looking for a firey powder, this one is for you! Made the mistake of not wearing gloves while using it to make kimchi...not doing that again! I can usually handle medium spice really well, but this is on another level and far too spicy for me. If you love hot fire spice, you will love this.
