Mounting hole spacing 71.5x71.5 mm. This is right off the Noctua web site.

It does come with a 4 inch cable is is approximately 12 inches long. The cable is sheathed, and both ends have heatshrink in place.

If you have a 4 pin header on your motherboard it should work
