I tried a few other USB-C earphones with my Samsung Note 10+, but they all had issues. One was too quiet, one was intermittent, one would not allow the phone to ring properly, and one would prevent wireless charging - all very strange problems.This USB-C earphone has no issues, and on top of that is nice and loud with good enough quality sound to listen to music.Construction seems solid, and they are more comfortable than the Samsung issue earphones that came with my Note 10+.I've had them over two months now, so I feel that I've given them a good run, and can give them a well-deserved 5 stars. Very good value.

As I lost my earphones I need to replace them. Was looking for few hours to get a pair as there is so many "negative" reviews on each pair I was looking at.I just took a risk and ordered pair of Sumwe. Wow what a great choice it was. They sound great (even better if your phone include Dolby Atmos) build quality is great. Everything what you are looking for on reasonably priced pair of earphones.Noise cancelling works pretty good too! I am using them in the busy-ish office environment and on 20-30% volume it filter out most of the noise and conversations.I would definitely buy them again. One of the rare finding on Amazon. 100% recommendation!

These are great sounding headphones and reasonably priced. However I have had two pairs of these headphones and after about 2months both lost their sound out of the right earpeice. They then started crackling out of the left earpeice making them un usable. I would buy another pair but can't justify spending £20 every 2/3 months when they break.

Purchased as a replacement for my phone's standard usb c headphones. Started off well but just over a week later the right side has stopped working completely. No sound, people can't hear me.Returning for a refund. Shame as they were decent sound quality and did what I needed.Update: seller has tried to offer me more money than I paid to delete my review. Sorry, but the product was faulty and it's an honest review of my experience. I will not be deleting my review.

The SUMWE Hi-Fi Digital Stereo Metal Earphones have a really good sound for music or radio. I've had headphones twice the price that never came close.I use wired headphones for country dog walks. With muddy paths etc. if blue tooth ear buds fall out that's the end of them. The tangle-free cables are a blessing too.The noise cancellation is very good for windy days. Comfortable on the ears too. You get three sizes of rubber ear buds.I highly recommend them.

Second set of these earphones I’ve purchased. The first, one of the ear buds became disconnected from the wire. I assumed it must have got caught on something resulting in accidental damage. Hence I purchased a second set as the earpieces fitted better than any other items I have had.They come very neatly presented in a better than average quality gift box, which I opened and started using the new set straight away. It was only after a week or so of use I had need to use the volume control whilst using them, but it didn’t seem to have any effect. On closer inspection there was no “Up/Down” rocker button just a black gap where it use to be , or should have been, on the side of the microphone unit. On closer inspection there was only the smallest of indications that any glue had been applied to hold the rocker in place in the first instance.As I still had the original broken set I tried to remove their rocker button to renovate the new set but without joy because it one was so firmly glued in place it couldn’t be budged!My conclusion, possibly some very poor quality control at the manufacturers.

Great earphones. Very comfortable and sound quality really good but need to replace every 2-3 months as one side of earphones stops working for no reason.
