Exceptional baking pan! Sturdy, thick, weighted pans, not flimsy like many others and holds a lot. It’s been great for brownies and is non-sticking without greasing, as directed by manufacturer. I will buy this brand for all other baking pans from now on. Highly recommend this product.

USA pans are the absolute best. I have a few of them. I was looking for a solid brownie pan. I also use their Pullman loaf pan for my sourdough sandwich bread. Completely nonstick.

I've been using my pans for over 4 years and they will likely go many years more. They are extremely durable pans with a tough non-stick finish that releases like a dream. The finish is just like it was on day one. I really wanted to give these pans 5 stars as I'm a huge fan and have more than as complete set. But had to dock one star for the following reasons: 1. The s regular and square pans have inside seams in the corners that trap build up. Make sure to clean them carefully from time to time. 2. The edges are rolled with a metal rod to provide the edges added strength and rigidity. But that rod rusts. Do not ever soak these pans. Only hand wash and dry then immediately to prevent that rod from rusting. The rust doesn't get in the inside/touch my food and I clean it off whenever I see it forming. But I think this is definitely a material/manufacturing flaw of an otherwise fabulous product. Tip: Never put these in the dishwasher

I bought this pan mainly for brownies, and it’s been working really well for me so far. I usually bake about 0.6 inch (1.5 cm) thick brownie batter at 350°F for 28 minutes, and that gives me a nice fudgy texture with cooked edges and no raw center. The pan heats evenly and I haven’t had issues with hot spots or burning. Size: The size is perfect for my small-batch baking. I cut the brownies into about 2.6 inch squares and get 9 pieces from one batch. Baking & cleanup: I line the bottom with parchment paper. The base of the pan has a wavy design, but the pattern on the bottom of my brownies is very subtle. You can barely see it and it doesn’t change the texture at all. The nonstick works well and cleanup is very easy, usually just a quick wash with a soft sponge. Value for money: For the price, I think this pan is a good value. It feels light but not flimsy, bakes evenly, and saves me time on cleanup. For anyone who likes making small batches of brownies or other desserts, I’d happily recommend it and would buy it again.

This pan is strong, heavy and sturdy. This is the first pan I am using from this brand and I am very happy with its quality.

Solo he usado la bandeja una vez y aparecen estos puntos rugosos al tacto en las paredes de la bandeja. ¿Un solo uso y ya está perdiendo su superficie anti adherente? Cabe destacar que lo usé para un crumble de manzana, nada duro o ácido que pudiese dañar la superficie. Me gustaría escuchar los comentarios del fabricante al respecto. He pagado demasiado por una bandeja que empieza a perder su principal ventaja: el ser antiadherente.
