Great seat.
This bidet toilet seat works very well. It has no water tank and has endless hot water that can be adjusted to preference. There is a slight start of cool water when it first comes on. I like the adjustable features. Read your manual and it will give instructions for your preferences. One example is that you can double tap any water function button twice and it will oscillate. It was easy to install. I used a filter with ours because of our city water and lime scale. It has a yellow LED light that come on when it is dark if you want it on at night.

Wonderful product and customer service!
My husband and I bought this seat in November, 2019. One reason we did is because of our interest in saving trees, and we were more than rewarded when the toilet paper shortage developed! We're very happy with it, mainly because we feel cleaner and that our bathroom is more sanitary. We like all the features of this unit and are glad we spent a bit more for one with enough wattage for sufficient water pressure and for instant heat for the water spray. The only missing feature as far as I'm concerned is lighting for the remote. When I stagger into the bathroom in the middle of the night I'd like not to wake myself up any more than necessary, but to see the buttons, I have to turn on the water closet light. Sounds a bit whiny, but I'm old, and getting back to sleep isn't always easy!Last week, the unit suddenly stopped working, and my husband called the company, described the problem, and got a diagnosis over the phone. In three days we received a replacement part in the mail, no charge. My husband called back and got some phone help with replacing the part, and everything works fine again! We really missed having the seat while it was out. For those concerned about installation and repair, my husband has been quite the handyman over the course of our marriage. However, he's now 79 and suffers from cognitive impairment. Even so, he was able to do both the installation and repair without our calling in a professional. His only suggestion for the future is that the company send a diagram for help with parts replacement. Overall, we're very pleased and would give this product five stars if it had a lighted remote and the parts diagram.

Works great, easy to install and so far I like it.
We have had it installed for about a month now. It was real easy to install. So far it works perfect. My sister has MS and was staying with us at the time. She now wants one at her home. I had researched for weeks before I purchased this one. Blooming had the best reviews for the remote version (which I was looking for) even better then higher cost ones. I installed it in about 10 min. It had good connections which were complaints on other versions. In functioning it worked great. I can't say I should know as I have never used a Bidet before. The water was warm instantly. The seat was warm also. The spray is strong enough to me. My wife had to use a softer spray as she thought it was to strong on the one setting. I wish I had one at work.

Great features and great support
After staying at a hotel in Hawaii with a bidet my wife had to have one. The hotel in Hawaii had a Toto bidet and initially I looked at Toto but none were compatible with my toilet. I’m happy I went with the Blooming because it is comparable or better than the Toto we used in every way. What I like about this bidet:Compatible with Kohler San Raphael “French curve” toiletHeated seat is awesomeWater pressure is greatThe instant hot water heater can keep the hot water flowing non stopWall mounted remoteWarm air dryer is ok. Knock the big drops of water off with TP and let the air dryer take care of the rest.Support:About a year after purchasing, the water heater died. I contacted support via email and they said a new heater module would likely fix the issues and sent one out quickly at no cost. The part was mailed from Washington State. I was really impressed that this product has US based support and was very responsive. Also after opening the unit I can say it is well built with serviceable parts inside. It even has a wiring diagram inside which is more like older products made to be serviced and last and not just be disposable. One of the main reasons I picked this bidet because it was compatible with the Kohler San Raphael toilet which has a “French curve”. The bidet is able to slide back far enough so it sits properly on the toilet without hanging over the front too much. The water feed sits very close to the “French curve” of the toilet but doesn’t cause strain on the fitting. I have a circa 2000 Kohler San Raphael toilet and apparently different years can have slightly different curvature. Another thing to be aware of if you have a San Rafael toilet is the screw holding the old seat in rusts in place and the metal part in the toilet just spins. It’s not like other toilets where there is a nut under the toilet that can be accessed, the metal nut is embedded in the porcelain. I had to drill out the screw holding the old seat on then knock the remainder of the screw down into the toilet. There is a cavity under the screw hole so the remainder of the screw and nut can just be knocked down and doesn’t have to be removed to make room for the new nut and screw. To put the new seat on I used “6 H2o Kayaks M5 Neoprene Well Nut“

... well and cannot really reposition the water stream to better suit individual needs
Does not dry well and cannot really reposition the water stream to better suit individual needs. Poor instructions and support.

Warm seat with warm water. Soothing solution.
This took 5 minutes to install. Super simple. You should make sure that you have a dedicated 15 amp GFi outlet behind/near toilet. Since I have basement underneath this toilet My electrician was able to add one very easily.

Quality Unit.. A couple of feature tweak needed for 5 stars
Works well. Only unit that fits cleanly on compact elongated toilets. Remote is OK but hard to read at times. If it had auto open close lid feature like some other units it would be top choice and get last star

Once you go bidet, you never go ba-back
What a great product this is. First, I don't need toilet paper anymore and with a septic system, bravo! Second, I feel so much more 'sanitized' with this method that I am sorry I did not go for this sooner. Thirdly, the night light is lovely to have during those night visits. Lastly, because you don't need to use your hands, hence not having to washing your hands as often is a big plus. I would highly recommend this product, or any bidet within your budget. Once you go bidet, you never go ba-back!
