Great umami flavor!
I don't eat mushrooms, I can't stand the texture, but this helps me put that umami flavor it my soups and sauces without it! Love this! It goes a long way, and is perfect for Pho, Hot and Sour Soup, and a variety of asian sauces I usually make!
