nabi 2S Solutions Bundle

This worked great for the first month and then the issues started...on a daily basis the system crashes and has to be rebooted only for it to happen the next day. I even downloaded the link for the Nabi Cloud and backup from Nabi website for my Mac computer however it doesn't work...I even went to apple tech support thinking it was my computer but 8 hours later THEY couldn't even figure it out even after they personal spoke with customer support directly at Nabi. To make matters worse my son accidentally dropped it "which has the bumper on it" and the screen cracked. So now I'm the proud owner of a Nabi that crashes, won't sync or back up to NabiCloud and a broken screen. I purchased this cause of the durability and great reviews for a very active 7 year old boy but like many other devices prior this one also failed "the child proof" label.
