Great Calcium!
I have had some disappointing bags of this in the past, the chocolate was white and not fresh. But these were perfect and delicious!

Tastes like a dessert!
Love these things because they taste like expensive dark chocolate, yet each contains 500mg of calcium. 2 a day helps me maintain my calcium where it needs to be. Before I retired, I use to pass these around as treats to the females in the office. Noone ever turned it down twice! Once they tasted these, they were sold!

Gray chocolates, old or sunburnt, really awful.
I have ordered this product several times and all were excellent, to the point where I gave samples to my friends. The last order failed to arrive so I reordered. This order arrived in an insulated bag with a cold back that was soft and slimy. The chocolate in the first bag I opened was sunburnt or old as it had turned chocolate gray. My mother told me she worked in a chocolate factory during WWII. Her job was to polish the old returned chocolates and repackage them to be returned to the sales destination. This bag reminded me of her story but these chocolates were not polished. They were sunburnt or chocolate gray from age. Really awful as I had three previous orders that were fresh and lovely dark chocolate. I wonder what happened. Either heat, loss of chocolate source, new ownership. Just puzzled and disappointed. I am returning the 4 bags and looking for another source. Very disappointed as I took for granted the quality and what I ordered would go on and on and on.

I'd recommend this brand over the on"other" brand of chewables found in most drug stores
A few months back I switched from the brand you can buy at any drug store to Adora on the advice of my doctor. Adora has more natural ingredients. Once I made the switch, I used the remaining few chewables of the "other" brand and could tell the difference. Adora is far more natural tasting and is not gritty as the one you buy at the drug store. And while Adora may not be as easy to find locally, this vendor's price is too good to pass up. I order multiple packages at a time so I don't run out. I'd recommend it to anyone who has to take extra calcium and has difficulty swallowing the typical calcium pill (tablets are too big to swallow and the other brand's chewables are gritty).

Delicious, but Adora has lousy quality control
My doctor recommended I take supplemental calcium, so I tried a number of different chewable ones, including both Adora's dark and milk chocolates. Out of everything I tried, the only one I like is the Adora Dark. But Adora has a quality control problem. I was buying them at a local store, and I got a bag where they were all lumpy and misshapen, like they had melted and rehardened. When I took them back, the clerk said they had seen other bags like that. When that store was out of stock, I ordered four bags from this Amazon seller. All the bags have 2026 expiration dates. One bag had the melted-looking candies. The other three had candies that were rock-hard and stale, and had the grey-white bloom that chocolate gets when it's improperly stored. The candies are individually wrapped in metal foil and sealed in a bag, so I don't think the seller did anything to ruin them: all these defective candies seem to be coming that way from Adora. I do want to keep taking them, so all I can do now is buy one bag at a time locally, and return it if it's messed up. But why isn't Adora making and storing the chocolates properly? And if it really is the fault of the sellers, why doesn't Adora work with them to make sure they ship and store the candies correctly? The photograph shows, from left to right, a normal Adora dark, a stale one and a misshapen one.
