Q: It says navy but the picture is bot navy. Which is correct?

I'm not sure why the picture isn't navy if the description says it is navy. I am guessing that whatever the description reads is what you will get but I'm not 💯

Q: Are these made in the USA?

I got the black ones for my dog a couple years ago, there was nothing to indicate where they were made. The wrap does not contact skin, you should put a gauze pad between any skin and the wrap.

Q: Is this good for cosplay?

Hello, Our bandages are made of elastic porous non-woven fabric with good breathability. Generally used for swelling, dressing wounds, sprains and general soreness. Not only can be used to bandage several parts of the body, such as elbows and ankles,etc. but can also be used to bandage pet wounds to help reduce swelling and promote healing. I haven't heard of it being used for cosplay yet, but give it a try. Good luck!
