The easy way to make jam
I used to make jam with this brand back in Europe. The USA gelling products are confusing and never really had a successful jam. This Gelfix is exactly the same as I used. The only thing is the directions are not in English. But...I have got my old precious info packet to follow directions so it's easy to make and tastes great. Will buy many more.

Home made jam in minutes! LOVE THIS!
Love this stuff. I can make jam in 10 minutes (not including picking berries). All you need is 1 kilo of berries, 500 kg of sugar, and package of gelfix. Bring to a FULL boil and set timer for 3 minutes. If fork dipped into boiling mixture drips off easily, boil for another minute. Pour into jars and screw on lids. Done! Notes: I smash the berries with a potato masher first just to not have whole berries in the jam. But, if you like whole berries, just leave 'em. Also, there is a 3:1 product that I haven't tried, but it makes the fruit to sugar ratio 3:1 instead of this stuff, which is 2:1.

Tasty Homemade Jam
I like the simplicity of this product. 1,000 grams of fresh fruit, 500 grams sugar plus one pouch of Dr. Oetker Gelfix, 5 minutes rolling boil, fill into clean containers. The fruit combinations for jam are endless. I made golden kiwi jam, mixed berries jam, tropical fruit jam, etc. I like that my jams contain no preservatives.

Everything is in German
I was looking for jam sugar, and thought I could just mix this with regular sugar. There are no English instruction, which I suppose is fair, given that it’s a German product - but it’s been in my pantry for a year because it’s too much of a pain to figure it out. It also arrived kind of smashed.

EASY TO USE
This stuff makes my homemade jam so easy to cook.You only add your fruit and sugar.it is done quickly ,like I was used to in Germany

Jam – very fast.
You just need the Gelfix, sugar and fruit, let it boil and fill in jars. Very nice. I prefer this one, because I can use less sugar with it (2 parts fruit, 1 part sugar). Makes very delicious jam!
