Fits nicely. The magnet system is kinda nice as well specially if you have long hair it will not stuck in between compared to velcro.

The magnetic closure works well and I like it better than ones with velcro. I work in veterinary medicine and having to share a thyroid shield with the entire practice bothers me because I am always finding them on the dirty floor. I purchased this to use as my own and I am glad I did. This was very affordable. It's a little stiff but I'm sure that will get better with use.

This is a very large collar. should fit a large man, in fact. Good quality. Heavy but definitely should protect. I will keep this, despite the large size. (I'm a small person). Magnetic clasp is solid as well.
