I had the most complicated pregnancy ever! Very SEVERE Hyperemisis Gravidarum & Ptylasm Gravidarum. I had to be fed with IV fluids at my Army base hospital to keep me and my unborn baby alive. Someone recommended this product saying it’s like an adult formula and should help to sustain me. I purchased, and it sure did not disappoint and for some reason I did not throw up when I drank it. After a while I started getting back strength and could move around instead of being stuck in bed .

This is a good product. I have been using this product for many months and it makes you feel good.

Complan is a really great product. Works well. However for my other delivery please use a seal small box or tightly seal package

This version of Complan is excellent. It is made in Ireland, Great Britain and it is quite tasty unlike the version of Complan that is manufactured in India, which has a really odd strange taste as though it has Menthol in it but this version from Ireland is delicious. It is also free of Taurine, unlike the version from India. Taurine, despite all the hype, is actually a safe naturally occurring substance in the body but I still prefer Not to have it in my protein drink mixes. So I can tell you that this Irish version of Complan is Taurine-FREE, No Taurine included. So you can feel comfortable buying and drinking this Irish Complan. I highly recommend this version of Complan from Ireland because it's healthy and delicious. Get it now!

I love it. It taste great (although i find it best with milk or milk substitute), it mixes well and its helped me a lot. I dont know why one of the other reviewers are complaining about taurine and high carb/sugar content as i cannot find taurine on neither of the ingredient lists (and taurine is safe for children in doses less than 500mg a day anyways) and its a meal replacement, its meant to be fairly high in everything to ensure full nutritional value. I am sure there are other options that are more specific to certain peoples needs but otherwise this is a great powder! The only complaint i have is that it takes ages to deliver to my home. I have decided to order in packs of three next time because it takes about 3-4 weeks to deliver to me.

Tastes like cake batter when mixed with milk. Husband will drink it and that's all I could ask for. Only need 200ml diluent (milk/water) for one drink which is nice. Will buy it again.

My husband suffers from medical issues that effect his swallowing and therefore food he can eat is pretty limited. He has spent the past 5+ years relying on various drinks for the much needed nutrition. Originally he was prescribed things by the doctor but in the usual way of cuts we ended up having to source our own equivalent as his prescription was stopped. We tried a few different makes of various drinks and soups that claimed to offer the nutritional value needed. A reasonable amount of them were not the most tasty of things. This one however is actually quite nice and resembles a standard milkshake in opposition to anything else. It has a slightly subtle flavour and is easy to make, simply scoop out the amount and mix with milk. You do have to mix it pretty well but generally you don't get any big clumps. You can always use a coffee whisk to get rid of any little bits at the bottom. This is pretty much a meal in itself so is pretty filling and has all your vitamins you need in it. Ideal for an extra boost to your health when you are run down or low in energy or have missed a meal. We normally get this from boots, price wise it is pretty much the same price so with hubby being ill with a cold we got it from amazon :)

Complan is an excellent way to get your nutrition if you are getting over an illness or operation. If you have a small appetite during these times, I can't recommend it enough. I've recently lost far too much weight during an illness and in addition to small meals, I have found that these do the perfect job. No wonder the original flavour has been around for years. Easy to makes and has a nice aroma and taste. It says make with milk or water, but I always use milk, skimmed milk actually because then it isn't too thick, but that depends on your personal taste. I have tried it hot and cold and do actually prefer the original hot. I would definitely recommend this product, but be careful not to drink just because you like it, it will have the opposite effect to slimfast and you will put weight on. Personally I would say only use it if you are ill, getting over an op, elderly or simply have no appetite.

Love the taste of Complan and milk. Just wish we could get it in Canada. I have to order it from the UK which makes it expensive.

I love that you can mix it with any drink. Make sure you mix very well. I tried mixing it in custard for my daughters, there were lumps, but had to mix very well. So whatever food you want to mix it in, make sure to mix very well.
