KrausKitchen Soap and Lotion Dispenser in Matte Black, KSD-43MB

I ordered 2 of these for my kitchen remodel. I also ordered Kraus faucets which are spectacular. The soap dispensers are well-made and have large volume bottles, minimizing how often you have to fill with soap. In the instillation process, "someone" lost one of the straws that inserts into the soap reservoir. I contacted the manufacturer and within 2 days I had a whole new unit (not just the straw that I asked for). Needless to say, I highly recommend this product and anything made by Kraus.

Solid and beautiful soap dispenser. Surprised how heavy it felt. I chose this one because I love how the nozzle angles up and not straight out. Connected it to an extension feeding from a large soap bottle. Works great 👍

This item is quality and makes a lot of sense today with disease concerns. It mounts on the sink top where it is handy - no extra bottles to clutter up the sink. I put hand Dawn antibacterial hand soap in it for daily use. It refills from the top so it makes it easy. Matches the Kraus SS faucet that I also have. Highly recommended.

My previous soap dispenser broke and I couldn’t find one locally so I ordered this one. I like it so much better than the one I had. Very sturdy.

This product was a lot cheaper than the Kohler model, looks better and is very well made. (I've only had this about 3 months, so if this changes I'll loop back...)

Love this thing! Our Moen pump had broken after a couple of years, and this one has been working well so far.

This is a great value product. We previously had a Kohler soap dispenser, and though the Kohler is manufactured from more robust and heavier materials (brass, nice chrome, slightly thicker gauge plastic bottle), and is MUCH more expensive, their pump mechanism is a total BUST!. For some reason the Kohler pumps don't properly function over time. They seize and even with lubrication, fail to work after a while. Save your money. Buy several of these pumps for the price of one Kohler (or other pricey brand). We have had it installed for several weeks now and the pump mechanism and the finish all seem to be working and holding up well. I"ll be purchasing a second one to replace our second Kohler pump (which is also currently seized!) for our laundry room sink.

I bought it to replace an old broken dispenser. It arrived sooner than promised, it went in easily for me but if you're not flexible and small, it may be difficult depending on what's under your sink. It was helpful to have another person holding the top piece while I tightened the screw from the bottom. It is nice and solid. Looks well made and is working perfectly so far. As well, the colour matched the faucet perfectly. I would definitely recommend it.

It's a lovely dispenser, but the fixture size is not universal. It did not for the hole in my sink where a soap dispenser would normally fit.

Like the design, finish and operation. Nice capacity as well. Would recommend. As far as durability goes it's too soon to tell. Could answer that question in time.
