Product arrived with a broken nozzle and missing part - contacted Rug Doctor customer service and they immediately sent a replacement. It works great for my puppy's accidents!

I had a similar product from a different manufacturer and it worked well. I got this and the scrub brush isn't actually attached to the bottle. It pops right off so you can't use the can to add leverage. I have no idea why you can spray thru the brush but can't really scrub with it attached to the can.It completely fell apart when I tried. The brush came off, the top cap, and the spray button itself all hit the floor.The cleaner itself seems to work okay, so I will just use the spray and get a hand held brush to hit spots with.This is just a dumb design.

The attachment wasn’t on the can when it arrived. I contacted Amazon and they told me I had to contact the company directly. The company’s website was super difficult to navigate and I never could find where I needed to report the defective product.

Quality product & I have given cans to friends that loved this product too! Unique chemical properties as the foam solvent soaks into the upholstery versus just laying on top. Coffee on SUV FJ headliner 🤷🏻‍♀️, seats sparkle ✨ like new & black more vibrant. Applied x2 on the seats & stains did not come back. I hope it works the same for you!

This is the only carpet cleaner I consistently come back to. Really gets out any stain I've encountered.

Would love to leave a good review but cannot. I purchased this solely because of the attached scrubber brush. However, the brush was missing from the order. You can't get a refund as you are automatically directed to Rug Doctor website. I tried 4 times to file a missing parts claim only to have all 4 come back with an error. Finally contacted customer service who told me to contact Amazon, who directs me to Rug Doctor. Not a ton of money but I expect to receive what I ordered. Zero help from Rug Doctor customer service. Bad customer service. I will never use another product from Rug Doctor.
