50 Things You Can Do With Google Classroom

Fantastic guide to using Google Classroom, especially for the non tech savvy. Explanations and ideas are easy to understand and implement in the class. The pictures were helpful, too. I tried several ideas the next day, and the kids loved it! They were so engaged. This book is a great resource at a great price :) PS I found even more ideas on incorporating technology into the classroom on the author's blog.

I've been using Google Classroom as a tool in my 8th grade classroom with much success. After reading Alice Keeler and Libbi Miller's book, I have improved and modern ideas of how to organize and utilize the Google Classroom application to differentiate instruction, give students' choices, have better discussions, communicate effectively with my students, make grading easier, and so much more! My school year hasn't ended yet, and I'm excited to start the new year with the fresh and exciting information delivered in a straightforward, well written manner. If you want to design lessons that incorporate technology, but you are not comfortable with technology, this book is for you! If you are new to Google Apps for Education, this book is for you. If you have used Google Apps for Education, this book is for you! Keeler and Miller give educators in elementary, middle, high school or higher education direction and practical ideas that can be utilized tomorrow!

The guide is doing a fine job to provide you with some basic knowlegde of the system. I miss the way to set up groups that can hand in their assignments as this is important for me. However, its still a valuable book to start with if you are new to classroom.

Alice Keeler is a go-to source for any educator looking to integrate technology into their classroom. As an instructional coach I am always looking for user friendly resources to provide to my staff as they dive into educational technology. This book provides educators with easy to implement ideas and resources for using Google Classroom. Keeler and Miller do an excellent job of engaging both the tech savvy reader and those brand new to educational technology. I highly recommend this book to any Google Apps For Education user!

This book is a quick read and helpful to get you started in Google Classroom and learn a few tricks if you've already started.

I used Google Classroom last year for the first time and at first I ran into opposition from the students. This was definitely in part because of the limited ways I was using the platform (Assignments and Submit Work). What this book has done is opened up way more opportunities for my students to get engaged in and excited about using Classroom. Already got the next book and looking forward to this year!

The original "Google Classroom" book and still the best, most helpful, and complete. I have been using Google Classroom since it first came out of beta testing in August 2014 and I was skeptical thinking I already knew all that would be covered...this book opened my eyes to possibilities with classroom I would never have thought of....thanks Alice Keeler's and Libbi Miller for your hard work putting this book together.

I cannot believe that any of the authors of these five-star reviews have actually read this useless book. It is essentially a brainstormed list of 50 possibilities with few instructions or concrete examples as to how to carry them out. I have never been so motivated to ward off other unsuspecting colleagues from wasting their money on this book as I was to write this review. I'm throwing it away rather than inflicting it on anybody else who might think they were going to find any help in this worthless reference.

Great book for teachers that want to integrate Google Classroom into their pedagogy. I will work on adding more and more elements throughout the year in my classroom.

There are great ideas in this book. Our school division is in the process of switching to Google and this is a valuable resource for me. The book helps me implement Google into regular classroom activities.

I read this while starting out with Classroom and it's made my near-paperless transition much smoother. More importantly, students like how simple and interactive Classroom is.
